A $250 deposit is required to reserve the date. Payment in full is required two weeks prior to the event.

Recent upgrading projects throughout the building, including ADA updating of restrooms, complete a long term focus on "greening" the building to be more of a sustaining partner for the Portland community.

An exterior renovation was done during the summer of 2010. The City of Portland Office of Planning and Sustainability recognizes The Scottish Rite for following the City's 5-step Recycling Program.
